Many tire companies have slowed down their growth rate, which is in line with the actual rational mentality. Compared with the high growth in the previous two years, the tire market demand has returned to rationality, and it is necessary to practice internal skills and enter a period of market structural adjustment. The current slowdown in the growth of the tire market is a structural market decline. For this, we should form a consensus and do the following work:
1. The industry and enterprises should thoroughly implement the "Tire Industry Policy" and the "Twelfth Five-Year" development planning guidelines for the tire industry. Further grasp the opportunities, adjust the structure and transformation, scientific development, promote technological innovation, achieve breakthroughs in key technologies, and enhance the competitiveness of domestic and foreign markets.
2. The industry and enterprises shall carefully implement the 2011 industrial structure adjustment guidance catalog revised and issued by the National Development and Reform Commission. 3. Promote enterprises to actively carry out "quality improvement activities of the tire industry". In response to the current quality status of the tire industry, AQSIQ, SASAC, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and China Rubber Industry Association jointly organized and carried out quality promotion activities in the form of government advocacy, association promotion, enterprise-based, and social supervision, with 15 activities. Very specific, the activity arrangement is divided into three stages: publicity layout, organization and implementation, and summary acceptance. The goal of the activity is to establish a tire enterprise responsibility system, integrity system, and traceability system. 4. The association and enterprises continue to strengthen the monitoring and analysis of economic operation.
