2. Pickling during refining operation: After cooling the oil to room temperature, slowly add sulfuric acid (concentration is about 92 to 98%) under mixing. The amount of acid is generally 5 to 7% of the oil (depending on the degree of oil contamination) Depending). After adding the acid, continue mixing for half an hour, then let stand for about 12 hours to drain the acid residue.

3. Alkaline washing in the process of refining oil: warm the pickled oil to 80 ° C from the beginning, add soda ash (Na2CO3) under mixing, mix well, let it stand for 1 hour, and then use test paper to check if it is neutral And let stand for more than 4 hours to drain off the alkali residue.

4. Activated clay adsorption during oil refining operation: Warm up the oil to 120 ～ 140 ℃, add activated clay (the amount of which is about 3.5% of the amount of oil) under constant temperature mixing, after adding activated clay, continue to mix for half an hour, Let stand at a constant temperature at 110 ～ 120 ℃ overnight, and filter while hot for two days.

5. Refinement operation process filtration: It can be filtered by oil filter, and qualified oil can be obtained after filtering. If there is no oil filter, the bag filter method can also be used.

1. Use qualified demineralized water to avoid waterway fouling and ensure heat dissipation.

2. Regularly clean the heat sink, such as dust, sand and other factors that affect heat dissipation.

3. Check the water level of the waste oil refining equipment tank regularly to ensure the water volume.

4. Check the working status of the pump to ensure that the circulating water volume meets the requirements.

5. Check the fan regularly and adjust the tightness of the fan belt.

6. Adjust the valve clearance under the appropriate high temperature state to avoid the increase of high temperature.

7. Adjust the viscosity of lubricating oil.

8. To reduce the corrosion of high temperature sulfur and acid, adopt high and low acid oil blending to reduce the acid value of crude oil to below 05mgKOH / g.
